1. Dispatch Policy
We aim to ensure that items shown are in stock but there’s no guarantee of availability. Our online inventory is updated daily and we personally confirm all orders with customers on purchase. Goods are normally shipped within 7 working days. If we are unable to ship your order within 10 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated ship date and offer you the option of canceling the order.
2. Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods does not include shipping and packing which is calculated based on your location in the world. The final price calculated includes VAT for all deliveries within Indonesia.
Customs Duty – reducing the surcharges
Optional extra – We can ship ‘stealth’ style in neutral packaging with artwork sent separately from the documentation. By selecting this option, an additional Rp 300,000 (approx $20) is added to your invoice to cover our additional postage and packing cost. If not selected, all paperwork will be included in the postal tube with the artwork. BHG is not responsible for any potential import duties incurred related to your country.
3. Return & Refund
Return
If you are not satisfied with the goods due to damage in the shipping process you have the right to make a claim to the shipping company. Please send an email along with photos to us before you return goods to the shipping company as we will try and help you with the claim process where possible.
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
5. Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties. Your email is not added to our mailing list automatically but you have an option to select to be added if you wish.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
7. Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
